Es ist angerichtet!
Eins der Jahres-Stadt-Highlights steht auf dem Programm: das diesjährige Eurocityfest. Bereits in die 6. Runde geht dieses Event, welches bei gutem Wetter in den letzten Jahren auch schonmal an die 500.000 Menschen an 3 Tagen anlockte. Münsters Straßen verwandeln sich in endlose Meilen von Bierbuden, Würstchenständen und Crepes-Schmieden. Besonders die alljährlichen Top-Acts auf den großen Bühnen ziehen dabei das Interesse der Besucher auf sich: auf der großen Warsteiner-Bühne im Schatten des Münsteraner Domes feierten in den letzten Jahren pro Abend ca. 20.000 Menschen Bands wie Silbermond, Fury in the Slaughterhouse, die H-Blockx, Dick Brave & the Backbeats oder Juli. Und auch diesmal sorgen insgesamt 6 Bühnen für ein würdiges Rahmenprogramm, auf denen bis zu 70 Bands auftreten. Top-Acts in diesem Jahr sind Joy Denalane, El Bosso & die PingPongs (Ska vom Feinsten!) und am Sonntag Abend die Münchener Freiheit. Der Kult aus den 80ern lässt grüßen - wer das verpasst hat selbst schuld. 3 Tage feiern bis der Arzt kommt ... Viva Monasteria!
